1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for used, damaged (by customer), or personal/hygiene items.
2. Return Process
- To request a return, contact Vstylehunt support with your order number.
- Share clear photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Our team will verify and guide you with the return steps.
3. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the product, Vstylehunt will process your refund.
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you receive a wrong or defective item, Vstylehunt will provide a free replacement.
- Exchange depends on product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance products (if mentioned)
6. Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), Vstylehunt covers return shipping.
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
